yours and the earth. The company’s vision is to help expand the
global footprint in the development and application of new emerging
technologies.
Ultool has over 75+ years of combined professional experience amoungs our staff, sufficient for project
management and new product lifecycle development, including R&D, design,
prototype, test verification, simulation, and correlation. Ultool teams up with federal agencies and research institues to mature our products.
Dr. Hanping Xu
Hanping is the president and founder of Ultool
with 25 years of experience working with private companies and governmental
agencies. He specializes in advanced material and surface processing technology
and is responsible for leading 3-5 employees on ongoing R&D work. Dr. Xu
has keen intuition in developing advanced technology and identifying its
potential applications. He has developed several new technologies and devices,
including rheological seal, Elasto-hydrodynamic (EHD) seal, gas flow hollow electrode
(GFHE) ion source, and miniature vacuum pump.
Dr. Jing Shen Tang
Jing Shen Tang is a engineer. He has extensive scientific
research and technology development experience in universities, institutions
and international companies in the USA, UK, and Germany. He is specialized in
vehicle dynamics, active suspensions, noise, vibration and stability control,
hydraulic and filtration system design. His theoretical knowledge, technical
skill and practical experience give him a great advantage in developing novel
and optimal solutions when facing difficult challenges.
Yi Xu, MPS, PMP, ITIL
Yi Xu has over 10 years of working experience. Her expertise
include Project and Program Management, Government Contracting, Data Analytics,
Finance, Information Technology, and Procurement. As a government contractor,
she supported over seven federal agencies in the Washington D.C metro area.
In 2016, Ms. Xu received various recognition and awards from
working at Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC, LLC).
In late 2012, Ms. Xu was
awarded the Premier Achievement Award from Freddie Mac for sustaining
excellence and outstanding results.
